Scott's background is in Environmental Engineering, so it's no surprise that we work hard to find many, very popular, environmentally friendly products.

Environmentally Friendly Products

Two "best selling" examples include our slates and baskets. Our "Slates" are in fact reused roofing slates from houses. These roofing slates would wind up in a landfill, if they were not refurbished and made into a beautiful piece of art. Our vendor paints, and then silk-screens beautiful pictures and sayings on them to create a decorative piece that suits any situation. We also buy our best selling baskets from a company that makes them from Mahogany that is reused from a piano manufacturing facility. This Mahogany would be "scrap" and burned if they did not turn this valuable resource into some of the best baskets we have ever seen.

Our popular "Cats have Staff" slate is a reused roofing slate that has been painted using a silk-screen.
